Woah, Jen. Enthusiasm for hygiene is good, but that's taking it TOO FAR!
Today is the fourth Thursday I've had this week, or at least that's what it feels like. At least that makes for no Mondayitis, but there's still a lack of any other day of the week. Bring on Friday night, I say, for then I can.
I want to stab my monitor.
So seriously, what's with the weather lately? I'm going to buy a boat to get to work I think, even though technically I live a few kilometres from the river.
In other less exciting news I had to break into my house last night because my keys stayed at work when I left. 10 points for breaking in style, minus several hundred for lack of intelligence.

I forgot: I WANT AN ELISE UPDATE.
Aww man, no scar. I was twirling without a shirt on - the whole idea of setting my clothes on fire does not appeal (even though I know it's unlikely). And soot is far easier to get off flesh than out of cloth. Mmmm.... human, the other other white meat.
I play with diesel all day. Well, technically I'm an engineer. Which means most of my days are spent surfing the web... I mean building computer models of oil refineries. And building tiny little processing plants in a shed. Less than a week before I'm off probation, and then my pay rate increases further.
Neccessary criteria for next job: more annual leave, and time off in lieu for when I don't get around to leaving work in time.
Time elapsed in writing this entry: most of today.
I need to climb more. Rock, rather than walls. I do enough of the latter at work. I think I'm getting obsessed, I wrote ladder rather than latter.

Well, a real update huh? That requires much thought and deliberation... or sufficient boredom.
Elise and Ben are indeed still together, and have just moved to Sydney. Until recently Ben could be found at http://tetchy.org, though he doesn't appear to have connected it up since the move. Erica and Angie were both still in existence as of May 7, though what they're doing I don't really know. And Damo's finished uni and is currently being a bum.
I'm busy on the treadmill, and sniffing around the short piece of pipe someone thought would make a good home for me. Good things about finishing uni: money, free weekends, and no stupidly late nights working on assignments. Bad things: no other free time.
I no longer appear to have any social life outside of rockclimbing associated activities. This is probably a good thing, as the majority of Brisbane people that I like are climbers. Firetwirling is fun, except when you extinguish a 10cm long wick in your armpit. That is indeed the only injury I have suffered while twirling.
Being at work reminds me of all the fun things that I like doing.
Does anyone else find it odd that I do far more at night during the week than on weekends? Lately, I've just been catching up on sleep on weekends. Well, trying to.

Nope, I was only down for 3 days. I am, however, down again from this coming Sunday until the following Tuesday. And this time, work is paying for it! Huzzah!
